Return Policy:
Online orders can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit (minus the cost of shipping) within 10 days of order delivery.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- SALE items or custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, and store credit/exchange.
- Fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in its original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or wear.
How To Process a Return:
- Please email us to request an authorized return. Include your order number on which you plan to request a return for and a brief explanation of your claim. Once we approve, continue with the next steps.
- Pack your item securely in any box and be sure to include a copy of your invoice inside.
- A return address will be provided for you to send back your item.
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their items.
- Once we receive your return, the original form of payment will be credited.
Promo Code Sales
All promo code flash sales are eligible online. Use code specified code at checkout. Sale items purchased with additional discount (i.e. promo codes) are final sale. Not valid on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with other offers or coupon codes.
Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected. If an item purchased from ARO incurs damage, please return it. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Shipping: We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer First Class Mail, which can take up 7-10 business days and not including processing time. Priority Mail Express 2-Day and Priority Mail 2-3 Day services with insurance. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout.
Priority Mail Express is guaranteed 2 day delivery by 3 pm, while Priority Mail is 2-3 day delivery.
International shipment time varies based on destination and is not guaranteed.

USPS for International:
We ship items internationally and the send-by dates varies by each country. Expect your order to arrive within at least 15 to 20 days. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact us.
Please note, customers are responsible for any outgoing and incoming customs duty fees. If you have questions about costs of fee's please contact your local post.

Local Pickup:
Local Pickup (South East Austin) - If you have chosen local-pickup, please email info@shop-aro.com to schedule your pickup.
Please keep in mind this is a residential pickup.
Tracking Numbers: Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. ARO only ships packages Monday through Friday.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services at a flat rate cost of $30.00. ARO is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrances may not be shipped internationally.
