SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING: We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer Prioriy Mail Express 2-Day and Priority Mail 2-3 Day services with insurance. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. Priority Mail Express is guaranteed 2 day delivery by 3 pm, while Priority Mail is 2-3 day delivery. International shipment time varies based on destination and is not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICK UP: ARO offers free local pickup for customers living in the Austin, TX area. 

TRACKING NUMBERS:
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. ARO only ships packages Monday through Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services at a flat rate cost of $30.00 . ARO is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrances may not be shipped internationally.

RETURNS: Web returns are eligible for a refund. ARO will gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by ARO. Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. ARO will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the ARO returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Sale Policy
Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Sale items purchased with a promotional code are final sale.

Promo Code Sales
All promo code flash sales are eligible in-store & online. Use code specified code at checkout. Sale items purchased with additional discount (i.e. promo codes) are final sale. Not valid on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected. If an item purchased from ARO incurs damage, please return it. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
